Matwork Courses
ALL LEVELS WELCOME!! Whether you are a beginner or well practiced, modifications and progressions are made to suit all levels.
Maximum of 6 participants per class.

All small equipment such as resistance bands, light weights, small balls, rollers, will be sanitised and provided if required each class. However, please bring your own Pilates mat with you to class. A mat of at least 10mm thickness is recommended for Pilates (two Yoga Mats may also be suitable).

Learn the method behind Joseph Pilates '34 moves'. In our 5 week progressive course you will start by learning how to correctly align the body and understand the principles of the Pilates Method. We will progress each week, spending each hour advancing our technique focusing on strengthening, encouraging flexibility of the spine and building endurance.

Please note: Those clients who have either completed the 5 week Matwork course or the Studio Introductory Package are able to join Matwork classes on a flexible basis. Please contact for more details.
